## How does the Telegram alert connection work?

That code goes into the extension rather than back into the chat: click the puzzle piece at the top right of Chrome, pin **Snipe Alerts** to your toolbar, click the icon, and type the code into the box.     Where do I enter the pairing code?

The code goes into the extension, not into Telegram. Click that icon and a small window opens with a box reading **XXX-XXX**. Type the code from the bot into it and press **Connect**. On Firefox the icon is already in the toolbar.
